EG LUFFA is a wholesale supplier of Egyptian loofah (also spelled luffa) products, including sponges, bath mitts, exfoliating pads, and more. We operate our own farms and packing facilities. 2. Quote Requests and Wholesale Orders

The quote request form on this site is for bulk purchase inquiries. Submitting a request does not create a binding order. A binding contract is only formed when we confirm your order in writing, including quantities, pricing, packing, and delivery terms.

We supply on a wholesale and bulk basis. Minimum order quantities (MOQs) may apply, and these are confirmed in our written quotation. We reserve the right to refuse orders that fall below our MOQ.

3. Product Descriptions and Use

We work hard to describe our Egyptian organic loofah products accurately, including fiber quality, size, and finish. Natural products can vary from batch to batch, and slight variations are normal and not a defect.

Loofah products are intended for external skin exfoliation. They should be rinsed and allowed to dry between uses and replaced regularly. If you have sensitive skin, test the product on a small area first. We are not responsible for misuse or allergic reactions to natural fibers.

4. Pricing, Payment, and Invoicing

All prices shown in a quotation are in the agreed currency and exclude taxes, duties, and shipping unless stated otherwise. Prices are valid for the period stated in the quotation. We confirm the final price in the written order confirmation.

Payment terms are agreed per order and typically require a deposit before production or shipping begins. Invoices must be paid within the terms stated. Late payment may delay dispatch.

5. Shipping, Packing, and Export

We pack loofah products for export efficiency and safe transit. Shipping methods, delivery times, and Incoterms are confirmed in the order. Risk of loss passes to you when goods are handed to the carrier in line with the agreed Incoterms.

Where we are responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure, including weather, strikes, or customs delays), delivery dates are extended accordingly.

6. Returns and Claims

Please inspect your goods on arrival. Claims for damage, shortage, or quality issues must be reported in writing within 14 days of delivery, with photographs where possible. Approved claims may be resolved by replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

Because loofah is a natural, hygienic product, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than genuine quality issues once goods have left our facility.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, product images, branding, and the EG LUFFA name, belongs to EG LUFFA. You may not copy, reproduce, or resell our content without written permission, except as reasonably needed to evaluate our products for purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EG LUFFA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the products in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Services are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Alexandria, Egypt, unless another jurisdiction is required by law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Services from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page, and the effective date is shown at the top. Continuing to use the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
